Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), England states that: “One in ten young people experience a mental health issue at any one time.”

This shows that something needs to be done to help children and young people cope with the huge stress of everyday life they are now experiencing in today's society.

Healthy Minds offers relaxation programmes to enhance the mental health and well-being of all children and young people, to reach their full potential, within education and life in general.
